Jussi Mälkiä has extensive, more than 30 years of experience in the field of logistics and shipping, first as a sea captain and later in management and expert positions. His expertise and experience are focused on the development of business activities related to renewable energy and slowing down climate change. Jussi Mälkiä is also the Chairman of the Board at Meriaura Oy, Meriaura Invest Oy, Aura Mare Oy and its subsidiaries, the Finnish Shipping Foundation, the Advisory Board of the Maritime Educational Institution Aboa Marea and the Atmosmare Foundation. Jussi Mälkiä owns directly and through his influence companies 543.163.766 (62.66%) of the shares in the Meriaura Group Plc (31 August 2024).
Antti Lilleberg joined the Savosolar team in 2020 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Savosolar Plc. In June 2023, he became CEO of Meriaura Energy Ltd. Antti Lilleberg has served at companies such as Biohit Plc, Sartorius AG, Rejlers Finland Ltd. and Volter Ltd. His key areas are international sales and business management, strategic marketing, strategy development and execution, renewable energy transformation and digitalisation. He has an MBA degree from University of Wales, Trinity St. David as well an engineering degree from Helsinki University of Applied Science. In addition, he has conducted research in industrial management as a doctoral student at the University of Vaasa.
