Proposal of shareholders to Savo-Solar Plc’s Annual General Meeting 2018

The Board of Directors of Savo-Solar Plc has received the following proposal of the company’s shareholders to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 27 March 2018:

Proposal on the number of members of the Board of Directors

Shareholders representing approximately 5.7 per cent of the shares and votes propose to the Annual General Meeting that four (4) members be elected to the Board of Directors.

Proposal on election of members of the Board of Directors

Shareholders representing approximately 5.7 per cent of the shares and votes propose to the Annual General Meeting that all of the current members of the Board of Directors Feodor Aminoff, Christof Gey, Håkan Knutsson and Sami Tuhkanen be re-elected.   All proposed members are independent of the company. Feodor Aminoff, Christof Gey and Håkan Knutsson are independent of the company’s major shareholders. All persons have given their consent to the election.
