Updated time schedule for Year-End Report and rights issue
In order for Savosolar Oyj (“Savosolar” or the “Company”) to be able to publish its Year-End Report before the rights issue announced on 19 December 2018 the Company has updated the time schedule for the rights issue and decided to bring forward the date when the Year-End Report will be published. The Company has also decided to change the subscription period for the warrants given free of charge in connection with the rights issue.
