The schedule for legal proceedings between Sunti SAS and Savosolar has been re-defined
The court has now defined new schedule for the legal proceedings between Sunti SAS and Savosolar. According to the new schedule, there will be written preparation until January 31, 2020. After that the court decides the timing for the verbal hearing.
As earlier stated, Savosolar considers Sunti’s claim for alleged breach of contract and claim for compensation to be without just cause.
